Is there a request limit?
No limits! You can add as many requests as you want, and each one will be completed in order.
How fast are requests completed?
Most requests are completed within two days, but complex ones may take longer and are often divided into smaller parts (you will receive an update every 48 hours).
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time motion designer?
Hiring a full-time senior motion level designer can be expensive, with costs exceeding $100,000 annually, plus benefits. Moreover, you may not always have enough work to keep them consistently busy, resulting in paying for unutilized time. With a flexible monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay when you have work available. This allows for cost optimization and efficient resource allocation.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After subscribing, within 24 hours, you'll receive an email with two important links. The first link leads you to your platform where you can add requests (Trello), and the second link takes you to your Stripe customer portal for managing your subscription.
What programs do you use?
We use Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
Who I am gonna work with?
MotionWave is actually a one-person agency, meaning you'll work directly with me, the founder.
What if I only have a single request?
You may not have a lot of motion work to fill an entire month. If you currently only have one or two requests, you can easily pause your subscription.
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you subscribe and use the service for 20 days, then pause your subscription, you'll have 11 days left to use whenever you want.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
No refunds are available due to the high quality of the work.
